- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I've been a member of PACU since the beginning, when it was Piedmont Aviation Credit Union next door to Piedmont Airlines offices. As a former Piedmont Airlines employee, I can tell you the employees here exemplify exactly the same type of caring and customer service that Piedmont Airlines had, and that is the REASON they are strong today. I love how they honor Piedmont history at their Stratford location with the paintings and plaques. They really took care of us then, and I will continue to support them now. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆These people are the rudest most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with. Do not bank here. They don't help you can't answer simple questions, and are extremely rude. I went into the branch on Burke Mill the day my mother passed away to find out about her finances. I was already added as a joint on her account. I was at the bank over two hours, they could not answer any of my questions and the ones they did answer, I found out two weeks later the information was false and flat out lies. Money disappeared out of my mother's account and I had to talk to four different people at the bank before someone could tell me where the money went. These rude unprofessional people will be talking to my lawyer very soon. I suggest nobody do business with this bank.By Judy Turley, January 28, 2017
