- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Horrible. Dmv staff were lazy, inefficient, rude and stupid. Sat for an hour waiting as I watched 3 reps gossip and then at 4:45 they told me (the only one waiting in the office) to come back in the morning as they stopped work at 4:45 since on average it took 17 minutes to process a replacement ID. This is what are tax dollars pay for? One staffer said she would process me but the supervisor refused. I think I should change from a democratic to a republican so these lazy inept people can be fired.By Michele Susan, July 30, 2017
