- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆My wife and I received our state income tax refund back and she went in to deposit it. I am a national guardsman activated to active duty and was out of the state. My wife is my power of attorney while I am gone to sign all documents needed. Mark at this branch was rude to me wife, would not allow her to deposit it. When she offered to go home and get the power of attorney paperwork, he said it would not matter and would not accept the check. I then called from time-zones away, and he would not even talk to me on the phone when my wife tried to hand the cell-phone to him. This bank lacks any CUSTOMER SERVICE. I complained to the manager, Lindsay, and she was kind, but did not see Mark's customer service error. DO NOT bank at this branch.By Jon Wright, July 07, 2017
