Customer Reviews about Forsyth County Clerk of Superior Court / District 21:

  • ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆
I had to go and take care of a minor traffic ticket on2/23/2016, in my morning rush of getting kids off to school and work on time, I had accidentally left the copy of my ticket on the table. This is generally no problem, I just had to go to get a copy of the ticket. Where the problem comes in is the complete lack of professionalism in room 216. There were two women working the counter and at least 25 people patiently waiting in line, I was number 6. For thirty minutes this line did not move. An attorney comes in and of course doesn't have to wait. Her business was finished within three minutes but instead this attorney decided that this was an appropriate time to start cutting up with the only two women working the counter, talking about how happy she and the other clerk no longer worked in terms jail, and how she was gonna call out tomorrow, while the second clerks starts talking about them going out drinking. The attorney said now I can't do that, I'm paid to get people out of dwi, while the clerks start suggestions of designated drivers. Then the conversation turns to a judge that she considers her son and how would she explain the party to him all the while we have people walking out because they are on their lunch hour because they just quit working! Then a bondsman appears and this attorney starts trying to bring him into the absolute unprofessional situation which she did for about five minutes but he had business to take care off. Then one of the clerks just decides she is starving and none of us matter, she shuts her window and someone would be there to replace her shortly. While the other clerk did actually wait for her replacement who got the line finally moving after 30 minutes of nothing. What's insane is had this been done anywhere other than the court house these emoylees would have been seriously reprimanded if not terminated for their utter lack of professionalism.
